Isabel Wolff is a British author. She studied English at Cambridge University, and has worked in advertising and theatre. She worked for the BBC World Service for 12 years, where she was a radio producer and reporter for features and current affairs. During this spell, she travelled the world making documentaries and also wrote freelance articles for magazines and newspapers. She was commissioned by The Daily Telegraph to write a comical column about a young woman, which became Tiffany Trott. Only one month later she had a deal to turn the column into a novel. She lives in London with her partner Greg and their two children, Alice and Edmund.
