Being a parent is not easy and the parenting course I did some 30 years ago has faded in my memory. I purchased this book for my daughters - and found myself flagging page after page of helpful advice that I as a parent would like to pass onto them.

It mirrors the techniques I learnt all those years ago and now I can put the practices in place with my grandchildren - making me a better grandparent.

I hope reading this book will make the parenting struggle just that much easier for my daughters!
