After Life, After You starts with the death of the author's husband, Stu, when he was only 33. The shock and grief Sasha encountered was so devastating she did not think she would survive.
But in all but the most unusual circumstances one partner will die before the other. Only until it happens to we realise the devastating loss.
This book is a response to her journey though all the shock and sadness. It offers hope to the bereaved with true stories from people who have loved and lost.
