Michael Dobbs

Has a doctorate in nuclear defence studies. Was Chief of Staff and later Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party. Was also Deputy Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi. Has been a BBC TV presenter and a columnist for The Mail on Sunday.
