At first, Tom thinks going undercover tor the police will be fun. But that's before he gets to Doctor Olga Death's clinic from hell.
Pretending to be a patient for a full physical check up, he expects to have a few tests, maybe give blood and have one or two injections.
The truth is far more terrifying. Everyone is smiling, constantly, particularly the sinister Doctor Death, the tests are much worse than Tom could ever have imagined and soon he's sure someone is out to really hurt him. Corridors seem to lead to nowhere, the police contact doesn't want to help, so Tom's on his own. And he's wondering if he's ever going to get out of here alive!
