We're so sorry to hear that you haven’t yet received your parcel, but don't stress! Please be sure to check your tracking number for shipping updates. If you have had no luck finding your parcel around your address and you're 100% sure it has not been delivered then please contact us! Usually these parcels will be waiting for pickup at your nearest Post Office, if no one is home to sign for the item, the carrier will leave a card to let the customer know which retail outlet they can collect their parcel .

In the unlikely case that a parcel becomes "lost" in transit - We will have to launch an investigation with our Courier company to ascertain what has gone wrong. QBD may replace the item, subject to our own investigations and discretion.
