Refunds


From time to time books become unavailable from publishers and we can no longer supply them. In these instances we are more than happy to provide you with a refund.

If you chose to pay by credit card, your card will not be debited for an unavailable book, so there is no refund needed.

If you chose to pay for your order by Paypal, the funds for the unavailable item will be sent back to you through the Paypal system. These funds can take 1-2 business days to clear once a refund has been issued.

If you paid by Bpay or EFT, we will need to transfer the payment back to you. Please contact us to arrange the funds transfer. Due to processing cycles of banks, Bpay or EFT refunds can take up to five business days to process.

Online Store Returns


To return an online order, please contact the store directly on (07) 3291 7444 or by emailing onlinestore@qbd.com.au to receive a returns authorisation code and postage instructions.

You may return an online purchase within six weeks of receiving it if:
  • The Product is misbound or faulty in any way
  • The Product you received was different to the one ordered
  • The Product arrived damaged
If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product, please contact the store directly and the friendly staff can assist you.
