Online Store Returns


To return an online order, please contact us to receive postage instructions.

You may return an online purchase within six weeks of receiving it if:
  • The Product is misbound or faulty in any way
  • The Product you received was different to the one ordered
  • The Product arrived damaged
If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product, please contact us directly and our friendly team can assist you.

If you would like to return a product purchased online to a physical QBD Books outlet please contact us directly to receive instructions prior to going into the store. Failure to do so may result in your return being rejected.

You cannot return a previously purchased eBook product.


Change of Mind Returns


QBD Books will gladly accept a customer return on item(s) within 6 weeks of purchase due to a change of mind. The product/s must be in original condition to be eligible for a return.

For online purchases, please contact the online customer service team to receive instructions prior to returning the item/s. For change of mind returns, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the online store for a full refund.


RRP refers to the Recommended Retail Price as set out by the original publisher at time of release.
The RRP set by overseas publishers may vary to those set by local publishers due to exchange rates and shipping costs.
Due to our competitive pricing, we may have not sold all products at their original RRP.
