In the late 20th Century, Perth was known as the city of mining magnates. But it started the new millennium breeding a new dilettante - the dining magnate. Inspired by the synergy between the internet and the cultural hunger of Perths isolated population, Scott Arnold-Eyers held up a virtual mirror to the world-class cuisine which sprouted in the first decade post-2000.
