A brand new volume of Doctor Who-related interviews and features from the BBC archives, encompassing 50 years of the nation’s favourite sci-fi adventure series.
This journey through the archives features interviews with several of the actors to have played the Doctor, including Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant and Matt Smith, as well as past companions, producers, sound designers and many more. Much of the material has not been heard since its original broadcast, and several items came to light following an appeal to the public for off-air home recordings.
Presented by Louise Jameson, an English actress, best known for playing Leela, the leather-clad barbarian warrior companion of the fourth Doctor in Doctor Who.
