The CDs were commissioned from leading Japanese composer and arranger, Hiroko Sakaguchi, and based on research carried out at Japan's School of Music Therapy. The special project team in Japan spent considerable time studying the elements of music that would make dogs and cats feel relaxed and stress-free. They have worked with scholars and professors at a prestigious animal science university in Japan to study the relationship between music and dogs and cats.
