Most feared of the custody officers are Fowler and his sadistic lesbian sidekick Swain. Their lustful treatment of attractive female prisoners is legendary among the members of the resistance movement. When Fowler is captured by resistance leader Hanna Kelley, the jackboot is on the other foot - for a while. But Fowler escapes and takes Hanna captive in turn. Now she's at his mercy.
