The Phantom of the Opera
For fans of the play, and even just fans of Gothic literature. This is a timeless story of love, desire, fear, and, most of all, music. Having seen the play and the film version, it was wonderful to read this book and gain further insight into each of the characters. Watch it all unfold the romance between the young lovers, the powerful jealousy driving the Phantom towards madness, and the lights and beauty of the Paris Opera stage. Well worth the read.
