After successfully ridding the streets of the drug-dealing Serpent Skulls, the Ultimates set out to capture their leader, Crossbones, just as the Femme Fatales and Watchdogs land in the city, while in prison Scrouge, the murderous vigillante, plans his escape and revenge.
