I am a QBD Books Loyalty Member. Can I upgrade to VIP?
Yes. You can upgrade your existing QBD Books Loyalty Program membership to VIP membership here.

Please have your QBD Books loyalty card number ready for easy sign up. This is an 8 digit number beginning with a Q located underneath the barcode on your loyalty card.
How do I become a QBD VIP Member?
You can join the QBD VIP Program in any QBD store nationwide or by visiting us online here and providing us with a valid email address, contact phone number and name.

The QBD Books VIP Program is a paid membership and the first 12 months subscription fee is taken when you join.

Fees for membership are $25 for standard VIP subscription and $40 for GOLD VIP subscription.
I am having trouble linking my QBD VIP card to my existing online account
If you are receiving an error message when trying to link your VIP card to your existing online account, please email loyalty@qbd.com.au with your full name, email address and loyalty card number and we can manually apply this for you.
