From March 9 2023, QBD Books will be introducing a $8.95 postage fee on all orders. This is to combat rising postage prices in Australia over the last 12 months, while still providing customers with great value products at some of the lowest prices online.
QBD Books Gold VIP members still get free postage year-round when their card is joined to their online account.

Keep your eye out for these great deals! - How Do We Send Items?QBD Books send standard and express post parcels through Australia Post via eParcel. Once an item has been dispatched, it has left our hands and is in the care of Australia Post for delivery.
From time to time online orders may be dispatched from local stores via Couriers Please in an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you have chosen to use QBD Local as your online delivery option goods will be delivered from your local store via courier. Find out more about QBD Local.
If you have chosen to use Click and Collect, your local store will contact you when your order is ready to pick up. Learn more about Click and Collect. - What is eParcel?eParcels come with unique barcodes allowing the parcel to be tracked. eParcel follows the same delivery path as standard shipping, but a signature must be obtained. If you are not home, their delivery driver will leave a card to let the customer know which Australia Post retail outlet they can collect their parcel from.

All the products on the QBD Books website have their own dispatch times. You can find this to the right of the product information screen just under the add to cart button.
Once you have completed the checkout process you will also get an estimated delivery time frame. - How Do I track My Order? QBD Books send parcels through Australia Post via eParcel or Couriers Please. Once an item has been dispatched, it has left our hands and is in the care of the Courier company for delivery.
You will receive a dispatch email from QBD Books when your parcel has left us. Once it is scanned through the couriers shipping facility they will send you an email with a tracking number.
If you did not receive tracking information for your parcel within 2 business days of dispatch please contact us and we can provide you with the information. - Do You Offer International Shipping? QBD Books currently do not offer international postage. This feature is coming soon! Watch this space.
- Do You Offer Express Post? Yes, QBD Books offers express postage through Australia Post.
Express post is charged based on the weight and destination of the item. Shipping fees for express post will be calculated in the cart during the checkout process.
To select express post, add items to your cart, click the secure checkout button and enter your address. The select express post in the dropdown menu under shipping method.
Please note that all items on your order must be in stock at our dispatch centre for the Express Post option to be available.
The weight of the products in your cart will be calculated along with your destination and the fee for express post will display. Please note there is a 22kg weight limit for express post items. - My Parcel Never ArrivedWe're sorry to hear that you haven’t yet received your parcel.
Please be sure to check your tracking number for shipping updates. You can find this in your dispatch notification email.
If the tracking number is listed as delivered and you have not received it, please contact us.
Usually these parcels will be waiting for pickup at your nearest Post Office, if no one is home to sign for the item, the carrier will leave a card to let the customer know which retail outlet they can collect their parcel.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item does not arrive within 3 weeks of dispatch.
In the unlikely case that a parcel becomes "lost" in transit - we will have to launch an investigation with our Courier company to ascertain what has gone wrong.

Items Returned To QBD Books “Return To Sender”
If your item is returned to us as return to sender by our couriers, you will be notified, and a full refund will be provided by our customer service team. We will not resend these parcels.
