This introduction to British watercolours features 100 of the finest examples from the National Collection at the V&A.
From the 16th century to the present, the selection includes many of the great watercolours painted by British artists such as John Constable, William Turner, Gainsborough, Cotman, De Wint, Blake, Samuel Palmer and Bridget Riley. The subjects range from landscapes to abstracts.
