How to LoginYou will need a QBD account to use our eReader. If you don't already have a QBD account, it's free and easy to create oneTo login to our eReader, you use your current QBD login (email address and password). When you have filled in your details, click the arrow on the right just below the password box.
If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it, or if you have any other troubles while trying to login, you can contact our Online Store for further help.
All eBook purchases made through our website are automatically added to your eReader Library on the account that you are logged in as at the time of purchase. If you have multiple accounts, please make sure that you are logged into the right account when you go to check out.

Your eBook LibraryYour eBook Library will look slightly different depending on the devices that you are viewing it on. Libraries on a mobile are more compact, where a tablet gives you more space to browse your eBooks.
The eReader should automatically refresh the contents of your Library upon opening up. To manually refresh the Library, press the icon in the top right corner.
If you ever need to switch accounts you can click the icon in the top left corner. When you switch accounts, all downloaded books will be removed from the device. The eBooks will not be removed from your Library, and you will be able to download them back to your device again if you switch back to the account.

Downloading eBooks to your eReaderTo download an eBook to your eReader, simply click on the "Download" button next to the title in your Library, or on the details page of the eBook. Once the eBook has been downloaded to your device you can read it at any time without requiring an internet connection.
Downloading an eBook requires an internet connection, and depending on your provider, additional download charges may apply for data usage if you are using a mobile internet connection, so please check with your data usage plan before downloading.
When you have initiated an eBook download the Download button will be replaced with "Downloading" and you will be able to see the progress of the download as an overlay on the initial button. Once it has finished downloading, it will change to "Done"
If you do have access to an internet connection while reading the eBook, you will be able to view notes and highlights from other users.

Reading your eBooksOpen up your Library, and depending on if you have downloaded the eBook, you will see either a red button or a yellow button.
The red buttons are for titles that have yet to be downloaded (see Downloading eBooks to your eReader) Yellow buttons will either have "Read" or the current page that you were last on, ie "p. 12". Clicking these will open the eBook.
While you are reading the device, the top and bottom bars will disappear. To get them back at any stage, simply tap once in the center of the screen. You can tap again to dismiss the bars.
On the bottom bar, you can navigate to any page in the eBook by using the slide bar at the bottom of the screen. Additionally you have access to the following features:

Within the settings feature, you will be able to adjust the size of the text as well as switch the eReaders Screen Mode. Screen Mode will invert the text and page colour for reading under different lighting conditions.
You can add a Bookmark at any stage by tapping the bookmark button. These bookmarks can be referenced from the Table of Contents.

At any stage throughout the eBook, if you wish to place a note on a specific part of the page. Tap down on a word until you get the selection option. Drag the selection option over the line, or phrase in which you want to make note of. You will see a popup that will give you the ability to add a note. A screen will appear allowing you to add a note. You can click to make the note public, as well as add a spoiler warning.
