We understand that some of our customers may not be happy with using another eReader App when they already have eReader such as a Sony or Kobo eReader and would prefer to read their eBooks that way.
To help you place eBooks bought through our site onto these eReaders please follow the next few steps. Since we can't support all known eReaders, we can't guarantee that these steps will work.
Before we do anything, please go to Adobe's website to see if you have a compatible eReader.
If you find that your eReader is compatible, the next step will be to obtain software that will manage your eBook Library.
There is a good chance that you already have a program that came with your eReader, if so please check that it uses an Adobe ID. If you don't have software, or an Adobe ID, please do the following:

- Download and install Adobe Digital Editions
- Go to Adobe to register for an Adobe ID if you don't already have one.
- Go to your QBD eBook Library and login with your QBD account details.
- In the top right hand corner click the "Settings" button.
- On the Settings page there will be a link titled "Purchase History", click that.
- You should now see your eBooks with "Download Again" buttons to the side. Click these buttons to download an .ACSM file for the desired eBook.
- Once the files are downloaded, click on them to open them in either your eReaders designated software, or Adobe Digital Editions if you installed that.
- From there you should be able to Sync or manually drag the eBooks to your eReader after they have finished downloading.
