In 2006, childhood friends Romee de Goriainoff, Pierre-Charles Cros and Olivier Bon hatched a plan to open their first bar in Paris. After years of traveling to New York City, the trio took the inspiration they found there to create a New York-style bar in the heart of Paris, something that kicked off a cocktail revolution in the city of lights. In 2007, they opened the doors to their first bar, Experimental Cocktail Club. In the following six years, the trio has grown, incorporating friends and family, as they opened ten more bars and restaurants. Today, the group has four cocktail bars in Paris, one in London, one in New York and one in Ibiza. The group also has restaurants and wine bars.
The ECC has venues in London, New York, Paris and Ibiza serving 350,000 customers per year.
