A sturdy pop-up carousel book showing the four seasons in large animated scenes. The pop-up pages capture the colours of each season and more than 100 species of animals, plants and mushrooms appear. There are flaps to lift and brief texts to enjoy. The book also includes a cardboard fold-out carefully tucked into the back page with more information on the seasons and naming the animals and plants. A ?Can you spot...?? box on each spread encourages children to look at all the details in the scenes. Qian Ling is an award-winning Chinese illustrator based in Shanghai. She completed her BA in Visual Arts at the University of Finance and Economics in 2017 and received her MFA in Illustration from Syracuse Univsersity in 2021. Her work has been published internationally in chilcren's books and magazines and advertising. AGES: 3 plus
