Steve Ward is a performance coach, specialising in providing training and coaching for traders and is director of performance and development for Tradercourse, a leading provider of trader training and development services. He has worked with hundreds of traders having consulted for leading trading institutions in the UK, US and Europe designing and delivering training programmes, supporting trader recruitment and selection and providing 1-1 and group coaching as well as providing coaching to individuals from professional, retail and spreadbetting backgrounds. Steve has a history of working with elite performers having previously worked with thousands of sports people in over 30 different sports at professional, international and Olympic level, and with businesses and sales teams. When he gets the opportunity to Steve is also an active day trader himself.
