This software allows the user to administer the scoring process for the Leadership Practices Inventory(LPI) Self and Observers. Reports can be generated in English, German, Latin American Spanish, and Simplified Chinese. The reports generated by this software reflect the minor content changes that appear in The Leadership Challenge, 4th Edition.
