When underwater archeologist Sam McGowan is asked to help salvage a sunken Confederate blockade runner, he's eager for the opportunity to work with notable business authority, Gordon Chandler. When he finds Gordon's daughter Rachel in charge, Sam in not pleased, she can't possibly be her father's match.
