B means Blood pressure monitor - the goal for diabetes patients is to monitor their daily blood pressure to the average range, which is known to be 140/90mmhg. The average man without diabetes has a reading of 120/80.

C means Cholesterol test - a diabetes patient should have his or her cholesterol and triglycerides checked annually, because some bad glucose can build up so quickly in your blood vessels. This can cause the blockage of glucose to circulate round your body, especially for those above 35/60 year of age.

S means Stop smoking - as a diabetic person, smoking narrows your blood vessels or can cause a blockage that makes your heart work harder, double than the normal population without diabetes. Is a good idea to quit smoking, because it improves your health.
