This is a great little book that every wine lover will enjoy dipping into. It contains simple one page lessons highlighting individual aspects of wine appreciation, from the correct temperatures to store & serve wine to the history of Sparkling Shiraz.
Each lesson also has a description of three readily available wines that beast illustrate the topic. The book also contains a guide to the wine regions of Australia. The book is fully illustrated throughout with a picture of every wine reviewed. Whilst aimed at a beginner to medium level wine lover the broad nature of the topics it covers will have something of interest to the connoisseur as well.
