Confirmative Evaluation

This is a desktop reference for understanding both the research principles and the practical application of confirmative evaluation. Confirmative evaluation represents a marriage of evaluation and continuous improvement. Unlike other forms of evaluation that are used in the design of a learning programme, or applied immediately after conducting a programme, confirmative evaluation follows several months thereafter. It tests the endurance of outcomes, the return on investment, and establishes the value of the training over time.
