QBD Books send parcels through Australia Post via eParcel and qualifying orders through Couriers Please. Once an item has been dispatched, it has left our hands and is in the care of the Courier company for delivery. You will receive a dispatch email from QBD when your parcel has left us, once it is scanned through the couriers shipping facility they will send you an email with tracking information!

If you did not receive tracking information for your parcel please get in contact with us and we can provide you with the information.

eParcels come with unique barcodes allowing the parcel to be tracked. eParcel follows the same delivery path as standard shipping, but a signature must be obtained. If you are not home, their delivery driver will leave a card to let the customer know which Australia Post retail outlet they can collect their parcel from. If you want your parcel to be left in a safe place if you're not home, write this in the order notes when going through the checkout and we will change your label!
