QBD sent my order, but I have not received it. What happens now?For eParcel deliveries, please contact us. Usually these parcels will be waiting for pickup at the nearest Post Office. If no one is home to sign for the item, Australia Post will leave a card to let the customer know which retail outlet they can collect their parcel .

For Standard parcels, please enquire at your local Post Office. If "safe drop" was not appropriate, and a card has been misplaced, the parcel will in all likelihood be awaiting collection there. If the parcel is not awaiting collection at the post office, and it has been at least two weeks since the item was dispatched please contact us and let us know.

In the unlikely case that a parcel becomes "lost" in transit - QBD may replace the item, subject to our own investigations and discretion.
