QBD sent my order, but I have not received it. What happens now?If your item has not arrived, please contact us.
Usually these parcels will be waiting for pickup at the nearest Post Office.
If no one is home to sign for the item, the carrier will leave a card to let the customer know which retail outlet they can collect their parcel .

In the unlikely case that a parcel becomes "lost" in transit - QBD may replace the item, subject to our own investigations and discretion.
