When shipping pre-ordered products along side current available items, QBD will send the entire order when the pre-ordered item is available for shipping. This means that your order will not be sent in separate shipments unless previously requested. If you would like the available items sooner we recommend placing separate orders so the pre-order is on its own. If you have not placed a separate order and need the available products, please contact our online team.

We receive our stock directly from the supplier, occasionally there are manufacturing delays, stock exhaustion or release date push backs that are out of our control. We will do our best to communicate these delays and endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible.
