All QBD Books orders are sent together in one parcel. We do not split ship orders.
If you are pre-ordering items and require the other items on your order before your pre-ordered product is released, we strongly recommend placing a separate order.
If you have not placed a separate order and require the other items, please contact us. We can then cancel and refund the item delaying dispatch of your order; and you can re-order it if you wish.
All stock is received directly from the suppliers. Occasionally for pre-ordered items there are manufacturing delays, stock exhaustion or release date push backs that are out of our control. We will do our best to communicate these delays and endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible.
