I’ve struggled with body image and my weight all my life. I read the first book and started this plan 6months ago. I’ve lose weight and without having to deprive myself and I’m enjoying food again.this book goes into a lot more of the practicalities of the plan which I found very useful because I still have a lot more weight to lose.
I highly recommend this book. I read the first book and this adds more depth to the principles of interval weight loss. I have successfully lost weight as a result of IWL and now this has given me more ideas to support my journey. There are also more recipes than the first book and more in depth explanations of the body’s responses to dieting.
This is a great book for you or your family members struggling against the bulge.

This was a page turner for me. I saw this dr on TV start of week, bought the book instantly, and couldn't put it down. I've passed on the book to my girlfriend - the two of us have tried many diets and online weight loss programs, and this plan gives me hope. I found the science fascinating and it was very relatable. I hope everyone has the opportunity to read this. 5 stars.
Brilliant follow-on to the first book
This book perfectly complements the first, explaining the interval weight loss plan in simple terms.
When Dr Fuller explains how dieting makes us fatter, it's like he speaking to me personally because he is spot on!
I have lost 10kgs in the past year by following this plan, and with the help of this book, I will continue to lose weight until I reach my goal.
A very interesting read!
Just saw a clip on ABC catalyst with this author after my friend told me about him. I bought it this week and absolutely loved it! The science is fascinating and totally relatable, and I'm sure to so many more. It's definitely worth the read and I'm just about the sit down and read the first book after my friend passed it on to me. This industry is full of misleading rubbish, but this credentialed obesity expert is not one of them. Good luck to him and I'll be definitely following more work in this area. Happy reading :)
