Excellent book
I have heard Dr Fuller a few times on the radio and I am grateful to have finally purchased this book. The principles in here have helped me over the last few months feel healthier and keep weight off. There are some great recipes and I highlighted quite a lot of it and have re read a few chapters so it sinks in. I highly recommend it.

Simple Weight Loss
This is a simple, sensible weight loss plan that I would recommend to anyone. I am 6 kilos lighter thanks to this plan after receiving this book (from a well-meaning friend) for my birthday last August. The advice is straight forward, easy to follow and, best of all, sustainable. I feel so much more confident in myself I can’t wait to finally reach my weight loss goal.

Finally, someone making sense of weight loss AND nutrition - refreshing.
Dr Nick Fuller has hit the nail on the head by stripping away all the negative elements of unhealthy short-term fad diets and has created a sound scientific approach that combines weight loss AND nutrition in a long-term achievable fashion that can actually compliment a 'real world' lifestyle. A great read and solidifies a healthy diet into a lifestyle that anyone can easily adopt! Dr Fuller is one to watch and has my praise for his great insights.

What a delightful and educational read from an inspirational expert
This was a delight to read and I am grateful that I saw this inspirational and gorgeous man on national television explaining his book. This is the only book I have read in the health and wellbeing category that has been useful. It is educational, yet also very practical. I have never related to a book so closely as this and I have no doubt that it will go on to help millions of people that have been struggling like me. Not only did it clear up all my misconceptions surrounding all things lifestyle (particularly food and exercise) but it has given me hope. I start my new journey and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Life Changer
Working in the fitness industry you always get asked about the latest diets on the market. After reading this book I can honestly say that I can recommend the Interval Weight Loss book to anyone who wants to lose weight with the intention of keeping it off for good!!! The book is simple to understand so you can implement it into everyday life without having to purchase special pills or powders. Best of all the research has come from a respected figure in the obesity research industry not a celebrity trying to push a product. Great & informative read I give it 5 stars

This approach is researched and works!
I had the good fortune of meeting Dr Fuller about 8yrs ago, he introduced me to the principles of Interval Weight loss. After so many years of yo yo dieting with no long term success with Interval Weight loss I managed to lose 20kg and most importantly have kept that weight off!! This approach really does work, try it and see for yourself.

More than weight loss

Big relief
This is such a welcome change from other books, which seem to suggest major lifestyle change. I was raised in an Eastern Europe family with big food and long family events. As such I became huge in weight by the time I was a young adult. I have tried dieting for years but I think I'm just too greedy and I hunger for food all the time. I even wake to cravings. This book speaks about a clear and easy way to remove certain things, without having to become scared of the diet. Just do little bits of improvement. Achievable steps. I will post again when I have the results. Fingers crossed Errol

This works!
As a former patient of Dr Fuller, I'm proof this weight loss plan will not only help you lose weight but will help you keep it off for good! Before it was made in to a book, Dr Fuller recommended this plan to assist me reach my weight goals. Over 2 years I lost 20kgs and have kept if off for the last 5 years and I have no intention of ever putting it back on.

I read this book as a draft copy and was impressed with how well an academic could adapt their writing style and translate research (which usually ends up only in scientific journals) and make it accessible to the general public.

Exciting Times!
Great read, it’s a breath of fresh air to see a diet that is based of scientific research rather than a celebrities ‘game-changing’ ideas. My nature and mentality has never enabled me to stick to any of the crazy restrictive diets, so I’m excited to give the interval Weight-loss diet a go! Even through Dr Fuller uses scientific principles and research, this book was accessible for all (even my mind which isn’t that way inclined). Looking forward to the coming months as I implement Dr Fullers recommendations into my lifestyle!

Permanent Weight Loss
This book is brilliant. I used to follow calorie restricted diets where I'd starve myself for months, walking around in a foul mood hungry all day only to end up heavier than when I started. This book, which contains simple techniques that are backed by science which enabled me to lose weight and keep it off. Best of all, I was never hungry because I could eat as much food as I liked as long as it was healthy. Dr Fuller is a leader in his field and this is demonstrated in this informative, easy to read book that also contain delicious healthy recipes.

So helpful in so many ways
Working in the health industry for years this book came across my desk and you see a lot of fad diet books come and go but it's good to finally see a respected man in the obesity field put his years of knowledge on paper, that will actually help the general public. Interval Weight Loss is easy to read, is not celebrity promoting, and comes from one of the best obesity researchers to come out of Australia in the last 10 years.
