For the last two years, I’ve interviewed nearly two hundred world-class performers for my podcast,The Tim Ferriss Show. The guests range from super celebs (Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.) and athletes (icons of powerlifting, gymnastics, surfing, etc.) to legendary Special Operations commanders and black-market biochemists. Tools of Titan's; Tim's favourite book of his own catalogue; is a fantastically structured and digestible treasure-trove.
I love the interplay of wisdom and knowledge that world-class performers provide to Tim and the reader.
The book is easily referenced, and Tim himself encourages you to skip around the book, but to take note of what you skip.
Is it an area you've been avoiding or neglecting, and has that been holding you back?
My favourite aspect about Tools of Titans is the loose use of the term 'tool'. It could be a philosophy, workout, supplement, item, or even location.
Everything is applicable and replicable; you'll likely stop reading to try something you find interesting more than once. For me it was the Wim Hof breathing and meditation (a common practise among excellent people).
