Hurrrly-Burrrly, it's an icy cold day in Jubilee Park when Pearlie has an unexpected visitor - a shivering little elf named Jasper. His home has been destroyed to make way for a road so Pearlie takes him under her wing and they set out to find him a cosy place to live in Jubilee Park. Not all goes to plan as Jasper is led astray and imprisoned by those dastardly rats in their dingy drain to be their servant. But Jasper has a few tricks under his hat to show those rascals and manages to find himself a perfect home.
