Follow the adventures of Silly Billy - the boy with a trick up his sleeve!
Silly Billy is a very silly boy. He has lots of bright ideas, but somehow, whatever he does seems to go wrong. His sister worships him, his parents despair of him, and his dog . . . well, his dog doesn't trust him an inch.
'Pool Fool' finds Silly Billy at the swimming baths with his class. But guess who has forgotten to bring a change of clothes with him! Silly Billy wreaks havoc at the pool then drips his way through the rest of the day.
