Now, Scythes are responsible for keeping the human population under control. But, the Sythedom is growing corrupt and threatening to tople this utopic society. A fantastic YA dystopian for fan's of The Hunger Games. Perfect for people who love to read a great YA dystopian without all the cringey love triangles. Shusterman has hit the mark with Scythe. A world where accidental or natural death does not exist, and a story of two apprentice grim reapers when only one can get the job in the end, full of intrigue and moments that will have you shrieking, laughing, and crying.
