Presented for a younger audience, A Puppy Called Dez takes up the story of Dez and ‘his human’ John from the perspective of Dez himself, as he learns the ropes at Guide Dog School as a young pup. Even with his best pal Stan to guide him, he discovers that becoming a guide dog is harder than he thought… and becoming Man’s Best Friend is another problem entirely.
