At first glance I wasn't covinced I would love this novel. Having been a big fan of Liane's I decided to give it a go anyways and see if she could persuade me. Lucky I did because this novel blew me away, it's possibly her best writing yet! Imagine losing ten years worth of memories and then having to arrive home to three children you've never met before and play house? That's exactly what Alice has to do after a fall in the gym leaves her believeing she is 29, not 39! Throughout the novel, the main character Alice narrates the terrifying and also equally hilarious scenerio she's been placed in, taking the reader along for a joy ride in this addictive novel. If you are looking for a book to keep you awake at night, to keep the dishes and laundry piling up, then this is the book for you! You'll lose a few days sure, but that doesn't really compare to ten years though? Does it? :) - Erin (QBD)
