Andy's archenemy from prep school, Olivia La Belle, gets sliced across the throat with a tiffany cake knife. Olivia was a celebrity wedding planner with her own reality show and had made plenty of enemies in the process (well, plenty of enemies her whole life as she's a bully!). Millie Draper of Millie's Cakes was the last one to have it out with Olivia.
Andy finds Millie standing over Olivia's lifeless body, but Millie swears she didn't do it-that she just pulled the knife out when she saw Olivia on the floor with it sticking out of her throat. Millie made Andy's birthday cakes the first 16 years of her life and Andy adores her. So, of course, she has to step in!
