Immortal with a Kiss

Emma Andrews has always known she's been a bit of an eccentric Victorian lady. But now she's also coming to terms with her destiny: that of Dhampir, vampire hunter. Ever since the incident in Dulwich, Emma has been abroad, keeping herself in a secret monastic library, learning all she can about her newfound powers, vampire legend and lore, and the ancient evil known only as The Dracula. She is also trying not to think about Valerian Fox, the mysterious stranger who helped awaken her true powers but has since vanished.
But she cannot hide forever. Upon receiving a letter from her incorrigible cousin Sebastian, Emma becomes convinced that something evil is preying on a girls' school in the northern Lakes District -- the same school that Emma's mother attended years ago. And so Emma will go, undercover and underprepared, to confront a new menace of the night, make new friends and rediscover old, delve into her family history, and perhaps get one step closer to The Dracula himself.
